Litigation Associate (2–4 Years) | Soft IP & Entertainment Litigation

Base Salary: $195,000 – $210,000 Competitive Bonus

Due to continued growth and the increasing impact of AI on the music, recording, and publishing industries, our client is seeking a talented Litigation Associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its Washington, DC or New York-area office.
This highly respected firm handles sophisticated litigation matters involving copyright, trademark, brand protection, royalty disputes, and other cutting-edge issues affecting the entertainment and publishing industries. Associates work directly with partners and clients, gaining meaningful responsibility from day one.
What You'll Do
- Represent major players in the music, recording, and publishing industries in complex litigation matters
- Handle high-profile disputes involving copyrights, trademarks, royalties, and brand protection
- Gain hands-on experience at every stage of litigation
- Collaborate closely with accomplished lawyers in a supportive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of strong litigation experience
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Experience at a highly regarded law firm
- Federal clerkship strongly preferred
- Experience in, or a demonstrated interest in, copyright, trademark, and other soft IP litigation is highly desirable
