Our products are of the highest quality, designed for upscale bath and kitchen dealers, as well as the designer and hospitality markets. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth order processing, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining trust and satisfaction within our network.
What You’ll Do
This role focuses on supporting our customers and internal teams through accurate and efficient order processing. Responsibilities include:
Order Management:
- Process sales orders with precision and ensure all details are accurately documented.
- Review work orders and project specifications before entering them into production.
- Track orders through the production process and proactively follow up to ensure timely delivery.
Customer Support:
- Provide phone and email support to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with sales administration and technical teams to deliver seamless service.
- Keep customers informed about their order status and address any concerns promptly.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working collaboratively. Key qualifications include:
- Experience with ERP systems like Syteline/CSI and CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Smartsheets.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with house construction (e.g., cabinetry, plumbing, or metalwork).
