Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution
- Perform core responsibilities within each assigned department (e.g., supply chain, business analytics, financial analytics, pricing, customer operations)
- Manage day-to-day tasks with increasing ownership and accountability
- Analyze business performance using data tools and reporting systems
- Translate business questions into data requirements and actionable insights
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives
- Document workflows and implement best practices
- Partner with teams across Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Customer Experience
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support alignment across departments through data and analysis
- Complete rotation-specific projects with measurable business impact
- Contribute to enterprise-level initiatives as assigned

- Minimum of one of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience or relevant internships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with data tools preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
