Position summary
The Rebate Specialist is primarily responsible for managing rebate relationships.
Essential Tasks Of The Position
- Management of rebate process for efficiency of rebate-related tasks
- Submit rebate requests & renewals to our principals as initiated by the Sales Advocates, including updates of Sage X3 and internal communication.
- Perform regular rebate audits to ensure timely and accurate information in Sage X3.
- Review and make corrections to invoices using credit/rebill function. Examples of corrections are for rebates, freight, cost, inventory adjustments.
- Create and submit month-end rebate reporting to principals and reconcile credit memos.
- Assist Accounting team members as necessary to assure all month end activities are completed per PH policy.
- Ensure all documents are saved per PH policy.
- Provide backup to other pricing team members when necessary.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.

- Intermediate level of expertise in MS Office, especially Excel, and Contact Management Software
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to maintain professional conduct that always exemplifies the corporate policies, particularly when interacting directly with internal and external customers
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Detail oriented with strong, accurate clerical skills
