If your background aligns with the description below, please apply now!Work model:On-Site6:30 AM - 3:00 PMMonday - FridayWhat you will do:Drive engineering strategies aligned with operational goals and growthDeliver capital projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standardsPromote continuous Improvement initiatives, including Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and TPMCollaborate across functions to optimize processes and standardize best practicesDevelop asset management plans to maximize lifecycle value and ensure complianceOversee maintenance and reliability programs to improve uptime and equipment careImplement and enhance CMMS and reliability-centered maintenance practicesMonitor equipment performance and resolve recurring issues through root-cause analysisManage engineering projects from concept through commissioning, including vendor selection and validationSupport process optimization, product scale-up, and complex troubleshootingEnsure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirementsRecruit, mentor, and develop engineering and maintenance teamsCultivate a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous learningCollaborate with operations, quality, and R&D teams to advance product development and manufacturing excellenceWhat you will need to be successful:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial engineering or related field; master’s preferredMinimum 8 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, including 3 years in leadershipProven track record in capital projects, maintenance/reliability, and process improvementBackground in coatings, chemicals, or similar process industries preferredProficiency with CMMS, AutoCAD, and project management toolsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesWillingness to travel between multiple sites as neededCompany DescriptionSearching for a job can be difficult, and finding the right fit is even harder.
