Roles and Responsibilities:
- Selects, assembles, palletizes, and otherwise handles cases, boxes, bags, frozen foods, dairy products, produce, proteins, and related products as identified on pick tickets, in the quantities specified, for delivery
- Safely operates pallet jacks and stock pickers
- Accountable for meeting productivity, accuracy, and safety work standards
- Assists with training and development of new associates
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or a GED
- 1 years’ experience loading and selecting merchandise in a warehouse
- 1-2 years’ experience with electric power equipment
- Basic reading, writing and math skills to properly identify products and mark them for delivery
- Ability to understand the slot-sequencing layout of the warehouse and labels that are placed on selected products
- Ability to work in varying temperatures in order to select product from refrigerated, frozen, and dry picking locations
- Ability to follow instructions to work safely, efficiently, and accurately using company provided equipment
- Ability to lift products weighing between 40-60 lbs
Salary:
- 19.00/ hour plus a performance incentive
Shift:
- Sunday – Thursday 6:30 PM – finish (up to 6:30 AM)

- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, sit, operate warehouse
- Must be able to use hands to handle and feel objects, perform fine finger movements, reach with hands and arms, and have the ability to see, talk, and hear.
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 100 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods with temperatures reaching -10
- Possess normal vision with or without correction and able to distinguish colors
- Possess fluent speech in English, writing and communication skills necessary to effectively carry out job functions
