Description:
Palm Royal Home Care is a locally owned, non-medical home care agency in Naples. We help seniors live well at home with companionship, household help, transportation, and the small, thoughtful things that make daily life easier. We treat our caregivers as the people who matter most — because they are. Experience is welcome but not required; a good heart and reliability matter most.
What you'll do (non-medical care):
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and tidying
- Prepare meals and clean up the kitchen
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings
- Give medication reminders (reminders only — no administering)
- Offer respite support for family caregivers
- Help clients with daily routines and staying organized
- Report any concerns to the office in a timely manner
What we're looking for:
- A kind, patient, and reliable person who genuinely cares about others
- Dependability — clients and their families count on you
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required) — transportation is part of this role
- Reliable personal vehicle for driving clients to appointments and errands
- Willingness to complete Palm Royal's training
- Ability to pass a Level 2 AHCA background screening
- Experience welcome, but not required for companion/homemaker roles
