Research Assistant

What You’ll Do

•       Support participant recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities

•       Conduct study visits and collect data in accordance with the protocol

•       Perform accurate data entry and assist with quality checks

•       Prepare and organize study materials, kits, and supplies

•       Assist with informed consent processes under supervision

•       Complete follow-up calls and basic participant communications

•       Maintain study files and assist with regulatory binder organization

•       Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive study environment

What We’re Looking For

•       Bachelor’s degree in a health, science, or related field is strongly recommended

•       0–2 years of clinical research or healthcare experience (internships count!)

•       CITI or GCP training is a plus

•       Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

•       Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset

•       Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
