Facility Maintenance Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facility Maintenance person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through maintenance and repair of equipment, systems and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Duties

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and usage.
• Troubleshoot and repair various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
• Perform field and turf maintenance
• Perform Custodial duties
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and address facility-related concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests from staff or management regarding facility issues.

Experience

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and management.
• A customer service-oriented mindset to ensure satisfaction among internal stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
