- Safely and efficiently transport residents to and from appointments, treatments, and activities
- Provide assistance with transfers, ambulation, and positioning as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the healthcare team
- Maintain a clean and organized transport area, including the use of supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
