Responsibilities:
Develop and implement activity programs tailored to meet the unique needs and interests of our residents
Plan and coordinate events, outings, and entertainment programs to promote socialization and community building
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address individualized needs and concerns
Assist with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mealtime, as needed
Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident activities and participation

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred
Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers and ambulation as needed
