What You Will Do
- Follow the treatment plan set by the Occupational Therapist
- Guide residents in exercises, mobility training, strengthening, balance work and fine motor activities to help residents regain function after illness, injury or surgery
- Document progress, challenges, and improvements in the medical record and communicate updates to the Occupational Therapist and care team
What We Are Looking For
- Active and Clear COTA license in the State of Florida
- A caring attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus but not required
