Role Description

- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA is a plus
- Proven experience handling real estate finances or knowledge of real estate industry regulations is a plus
