- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and process payments with accuracy and professionalism.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring proper food handling procedures.
- Assist in food preparation tasks including cooking, assembling sandwiches or meals, and managing inventory levels.
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing are essential.
