Responsible for the coordination of various aspects of contract administration, including reviewing, reporting, and monitoring contract and grant-related documents such as vendor invoices, reimbursement requests, contract renewals/expirations, and solicitations for goods and non-construction services. Enters and maintains contract/grant agreements in Enterprise Contract Management System (ECMS) and Advantage Financial System. Work involves ongoing collaboration with internal staff as well as other County departments (e.g., Purchasing, Office of Small Business Development), and outside agencies (e.g., Clerk’s Office). This position will serve as the Department’s Records Management Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in data management and documentation. The ideal candidate will benefit from seasoned team members and can expect to learn and grow in the role through ongoing training and mentorship. Work is performed under general supervision, with considerable latitude for independent action. Work is reviewed through conferences, reports, and program achievements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification; minimum of two (2) years of experience in the monitoring, compliance, or administration of contracts and/or agreements, including one (1) year of customer service experience.
PREFERENCE FOR EXPERIENCE WITH: Advantage Financial System/ECMS/Crystal Reports; MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; preparing and/or analyzing bid packages; reviewing non-construction invoices for goods and services; monitoring grant agreements.
