THIS IS AN AT-WILL POSITION.

Responsible for processing and maintaining a large number of administrative support and/or fiscal records, billing, and invoicing. Accesses, inputs, and retrieves information for Point-of-Sale (POS) and reservation software. Receives and processes cash and credit card payments. Tracks overages/shortages, refunds, coupons, and error patterns. Completes the daily cash deposits and associated reporting. Assisting in purchasing duties. Operates driving range equipment, motor vehicles, and golf carts. Reviews the work of administrative support staff, interns, and volunteers. Ensures that staff are delivering high quality service. May issue counseling/disciplinary actions, handle employee complaints and grievances, and recommend the hiring, termination, and promotion of staff. Addresses and resolves customer issues. Greets golfers and reserves tee times using reservation software; explains golf course operating procedures to patrons. Work is performed under the general supervision of an administrative superior and is reviewed through conferences, reports, and results achieved.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires qualified applicants to possess the following:
- Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification; minimum of two (2) years of responsible office experience, which includes six (6) months reviewing, overseeing, and leading the work of others.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience using MS Word/Excel/Outlook,
- Experience operating a cash register/POS admissions software (must specify on application),
- Experience compiling daily/weekly/monthly revenue and financial reports (must specify on application),
- Supervisory experience (must specify on application), and
- Experience working in a golf field.
