REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES-
Ability to comprehend various stages in the processing procedure and how paperwork should be processed.
Payroll preparation.
Ability to compose correspondence from general instructions.
Knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment.
Knowledge of county ordinances, laws and regulations.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the general public.
MINIMUM ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification AND one (1) year of responsible office experience.
