Palm Beach AirSoft is looking for responsible, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team!
We operate a 33,000-square-foot indoor AirSoft arena offering recreational games, birthday parties, group events, and tactical training experiences.
We're looking for team members who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are willing to learn. Previous AirSoft experience is a plus, but not required.
Available Positions & Responsibilities
Arena Referees / Range Safety Officers
- Supervise AirSoft games and enforce safety rules.
- Explain game rules and safety procedures to players.
- Help organize games and maintain a fun, safe environment.
- Assist customers with rental equipment.
Customer Service / Sales Associates
- Greet customers and assist with check-in.
- Process admissions, rentals, and retail purchases.
- Explain packages, pricing, and services.
- Assist with birthday parties and group events.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility.
AirSoft Gun Technicians
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot rental equipment.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance.
- Assist with equipment preparation and organization.
- Previous technical or mechanical experience is not needed.
