Accounting Clerk

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing core accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial data entry, account reconciliation, and supporting compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records
• Maintain accurate financial files and documentation
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and collections
• Enter financial data into accounting software
• Prepare and process expense reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries
• Assist with audits and financial reporting as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
• Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
