Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our residential generator sales team. The successful candidate will conduct in-home sales visits, provide estimates for residential installation projects, and promote our range of leading generator brands. Our company is a top generator dealer in, offering services including installation, maintenance, emergency repairs, and monitoring.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow the business in with a new ownership group, work with qualified leads provided by the company, and receive comprehensive sales training and support. Pay includes a starting base plus commissions. Top performers can early very attractive compensation well into the 6-figure range.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home sales visits to assess customer needs and present suitable generator solutions.
- Prepare accurate estimates for residential generator installations.
- Promote and sell our range of generator products and services.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and maintenance.
- Assist with upselling additional services such as monitoring and emergency repairs.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow within the company.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn about generator products and industry trends.
