- Develop and execute annual business and sales plans, including forecasting, targets, priorities, marketing efforts, and dealer/customer strategies in partnership with PALFINGER leadership.
- Grow and manage a regional account portfolio by expanding existing relationships, generating new business, and collaborating cross‑functionally with internal teams and product lines.
- Lead sales strategy execution across the territory—delivering presentations, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and supporting pricing, quotes, and promotions to improve profitability and service levels.
- Build and maintain deep product knowledge and market expertise while representing the company at regional meetings, trade associations, conferences, and vendor/supplier engagements.
- Provide regular sales reporting and analysis, including pipeline forecasting and market data, to support operational planning, inventory needs, and regional performance.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 5 years in truck, refuse, hooklift equipment, fleet, or truck dealer sales.
- Proven sales expertise, including product promotion, demonstrations, marketing tactics, contract negotiation, and sales execution.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and deliver group presentations at trade shows and conferences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, for presentations and reporting.
- Self‑directed and motivated, able to work remotely, travel up to 70%, and work both in a vehicle and outdoors as needed.
- Salary Range $70,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
