Quality Technician

Your Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, gauges, height gauges, and CMM equipment when required.
• Review drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation to verify product conformity and identify non-conforming materials or processes.
• Support root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership teams to maintain quality standards, implement approved procedures, and support production goals.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 5–7 years of quality inspection or manufacturing experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong working knowledge of inspection processes, quality standards, and precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Proven attention to detail with the ability to accurately interpret technical drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
• Experience supporting corrective action processes, troubleshooting quality concerns, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
