- Review and verify customer orders, pick lists, and work orders to ensure shipment accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments in accordance with company and customer requirements.
- Operate sit-down forklifts and material-handling equipment to move, stage, and load products safely.
- Process shipping transactions in FedEx and UPS systems and create required shipping documentation.
- Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping standards, including proper labeling and documentation.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
- Experience with inventory systems and basic computer programs (Word, Excel, email).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
- Competitive compensation: $23-$24 (based on experience)
