Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Arlington, TX. The Associate will assist with daily store operations, provide exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and ensure the overall organization of the retail space. Responsibilities also include assisting with product displays, processing transactions, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting promotional campaigns. The role requires the ability to maintain a deep understanding of the brand's mission and products, contributing to the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills, with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience
- Experience in retail operations, including inventory management and processing transactions
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to maintain a well-structured and visually appealing store environment
- Knowledge or interest in fashion, particularly modest fashion and traditional and modern design elements
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
- Commitment to the values of ethical practices, cultural preservation, and sustainability
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in fashion, retail, or business is a plus
