The Role
We're looking for a driven, people-first Associate to join our brokerage team in Fort Worth. This is a ground-floor opportunity to work directly alongside experienced brokers on deals spanning retail, medical, office, flex, industrial, and mixed-use — from prospecting to close.

What You'll Do
- Support property listings, transaction coordination, and deal structuring
- Build and maintain client relationships through networking, cold outreach, and consistent follow-up
- Conduct market research, site analysis, and competitive assessments
- Prepare financial models, market analyses, and client proposals
- Maintain and manage databases — contacts, property info, lease documentation
- Assist with due diligence, property tours, and development project coordination
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Waypoint
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, property brochures, and CRE platform listings (CoStar, LoopNet)
What We're Looking For
- Active TREC Sales Agent license (or intent to obtain)
- Strong people skills — this is non-negotiable
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRE software experience is a plus
- Ability to manage 10–20 projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding
