The 3rd Shift Pizzeria 3301 Associate is responsible for being the brand ambassador, linking Palermo's to it's customers by providing an outstanding customer experience. This individual must be passionate about customer service to employees and outside visitors, and of course pizza!
- Provide outstanding customer service through greeting, upselling, fast and friendly checkout.
- Be knowledgeable of Pizzeria 3301's menu and Palermo's frozen pizza products.
- Light food preparation of veggie cups, salads, sandwiches, soups, pizzas and other items as requested.
- Assist with special events.
- Exhibit a passion for learning culinary arts.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, kitchen and Pizzeria.
- Maintain a safe environment.
- Have a "Foodie" mentality
- Customer service and cash handling experience.
- Time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Safe food handling.
- The employee is required to stand 90 – 95% of the time. The employee is required to walk, reach above shoulder, stoop, and crouch. It is required to talk and hear. The employee will regularly lift and/or move up to 10 25 pounds and work in both hot and cold environments.
Education and Experience:
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Restaurant environment.
