Standard schedule is Monday - Friday starting around 6am.

What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee daily café operations, enforce policies, maintain cleanliness, and uphold hospitality and appearance standards.
- Train, coach, and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service and quality food and beverage offerings.
- Monitor food quality, preparation, and service standards, making adjustments as needed to ensure consistency.
- Control labor and operating costs while maintaining inventory accuracy and appropriate stock levels.
- Provide excellent guest service, resolve concerns promptly, and promote hotel amenities and offerings.
- Accurately operate the POS system and ensure timely, efficient food and beverage service.
- Work all front- and back-of-house functions, including barista, cashier, food preparation, cooking, and cleaning duties as needed.
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food and beverage supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a positive, guest-focused work environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues with sound judgment.
- Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems, cash handling procedures, and basic computer functions.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and leadership.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and high level of guest service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, lifting, reaching, and twisting.
