Local OKC Title Landmen - MUST LIVE IN OKC METRO AREA OR ABLE TO COMMUTE TO OKC a minimum of 3 days per week. Flex schedule. team working environment. Candidates choose between W2 or 1099 (contract) employment structure after initial probationary period. Qualified candidates will need a solid foundation in Mid-Continent, Rocky Mountain area, and Appalachian (OK, LA, TX, NM, ND, CO, WY, OH, PA, WV) mineral title, working interest title, HBP & depth severed title, federal and Indian restrictions, OCC, RRC, ODMA, and other regulatory implications.
