Overview:
The Infrastructure & Systems Engineer supports enterprise infrastructure, systems, networking, and call center platforms across U.S. and Canada operations. This role provides Tier 2 3 support, manages core systems and vendors, supports regulated environments, and partners with Global HQ on network and security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 2 3 support for Windows servers, virtualization (Nutanix), backups (Veeam), and infrastructure services

• Support network operations (switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi, cabling, IPs) with escalation to HQ as needed

• Administer Nextiva / 9Five call center systems (routing, queues, IVR, agents, analytics, troubleshooting)

• Image, deploy, and manage endpoints using KACE; maintain asset inventory

• Support Sales, office, warehouse, R&D, manufacturing, and remote users

• Manage IT purchasing, vendors, renewals, SLAs, and cost documentation

• Support identity and security tools (Okta, SSO, MFA, endpoint protection)

• Participate in CSV, compliance, audits, and documentation (GxP/FDA/ITIL)

• Drive continuous improvement, automation, monitoring, and capacity planning

Required Skills:

• Windows Server, Nutanix (or similar), Veeam

• Networking fundamentals (switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi)

• Nextiva or 9Five call center administration

• Google Workspace, AWS fundamentals, AI tools (Gemini)

• Strong documentation, vendor management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments

• Call center reporting and analytics experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 40 60 lbs and work with IT hardware
