Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Experience: A minimum of two years in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must speak Spanish.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to resolve conflicts and provide solutions efficiently.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
Customer-focused: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build customer relationships.
Time Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment effectively.
License, prefer willing to train. Licensing assistance is available.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Document each customer contact in EzLynx.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Return all phone messages promptly..
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
