- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza recipes or toppings to enhance offerings
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency during high-volume production periods
- Support food safety management by adhering to sanitizing procedures and proper food storage practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service delivery
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, especially within the food industry or restaurant environment
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in cooking techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and meal preparation
- Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and food handling regulations
