Job Description:
Ground Crew members travel to various cell tower sites and perform general labor and support tasks including:
- Trenching and conduit installation
- Pouring and finishing concrete pads
- Site clean-up and landscape removal
- Material staging and equipment handling
- Supporting tower technicians and climbers on-site
This is a field-based position that requires extensive weekday travel and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- Able to attend Monday 8:00 AM safety meetings in Clackamas
- 100% travel during the workweek (overnight stays often required)
- Basic skills with hand and power tools
- Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Physically capable of lifting 60 lbs and working long hours outside
- Willing to travel and work overtime as needed
- Able to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Must be able to pass safety training and obtain required certifications
- Prior construction/labor experience preferred
