We’re a busy neighborhood spot known for quality food and friendly service, and we’re looking for reliable team members to help us keep the ovens hot and the pizzas coming.Position OverviewAs a Pizza Maker, you will prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to our recipes and standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen environment during peak evening hours, focusing on consistency, speed, cleanliness, and teamwork.Key Responsibilities

• Stretch and prepare dough for hand-tossed pizzas
• Assemble pizzas with precise toppings according to orders and recipes
• Operate ovens (including monitoring cook times for perfect results)
• Prepare calzones, wings, appetizers, and other kitchen items as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area (including stations, equipment, and floors)
• Follow all food safety, portion control, and quality standards
• Assist with food prep, inventory restocking, and closing duties
• Work collaboratively with the team during busy periods
• Provide excellent support to ensure timely order completion for dine-in, takeout, and delivery

Requirements

• Ability to work evenings (typically starting around 4:00 PM) and weekends
• Reliable transportation to Derry, NH 03038
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a hot kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure
• Team-oriented attitude and positive work ethic
• Prior pizza-making or kitchen experience preferred but not required (we will train the right person)
• Must be able to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Food handler certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
