What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Pair ABA?
Where you'll be working:
Location(s): Bainbridge, Georgia (approximately 45 minutes north of Tallahassee, FL)
Setting: Clinic, in-home, and school settings (up to 50% hybrid remote/field/clinic mix based on caseload needs)
Population Served: 18 months - 21 years
Years in Operation: 3 years
What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Analyze data and adjust programming to support client outcomes
- Supervise and support RBTs across clinic, home, and school settings
- Provide caregiver training and school-based consultation
- Maintain ethical, payer-compliant documentation with built-in administrative support for scheduling and authorizations
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
Caseload size: Varies depending on client need
Billable hour expectations: 25 hours per week
Support Structure:
- Active supervision and development of RBTs and graduate students
- Built-in time for documentation, supervision, and programming
- Administrative support for scheduling and authorizations
- Collaboration with caregivers, teachers, and community providers
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
Base salary: $60-70K
Bonus structure: Receive additional compensation for every billable hour completed above the 25-hour weekly expectation. Each additional hour is paid at 50% of your calculated hourly salary rate.
PTO: 2 weeks
