What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Pair ABA?

What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt naturalistic therapy for young children ages 2–6 in a center-based setting using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
- Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with speech, OT, psychology, and medical services
- Collaborate as part of an integrated care team — BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs work together from initial assessment through discharge to align on goals and treatment
- Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate changes to team members and families
- Partner with families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and provide coaching and support
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
Caseload size: 7–9 clients
Billable hour expectations: 28.75 or 30 hours per week
Support Structure:
- Biweekly 1:1 meetings with both the Center Operations Director and Clinical Director
- Weekly Multidisciplinary Care Meetings to address clinical barriers with the full management team
- Clinical Director available to overlap with clients and BCBAs as needed
- Dedicated operational teams handle scheduling, billing, and intake — BCBAs focus on clinical work
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
Base salary: $86,000–$113,500/year
Bonus structure:
- Annual performance bonus up to $3,800
- Sign-on bonus available (amount based on start date and location)
