We’re looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team and help us maintain our high standards as we continue to expand.
Role Overview:
As the Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing our subcontractor & employee teams and ensuring our projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering top-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Subcontractor Management:
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractor teams for all projects.
- Oversee subcontractor quality, ensuring projects meet company standards.
- Verify subcontractor licenses, insurance, and required paperwork.
- Conduct regular job site quality checks and resolve any issues promptly.
- Build strong subcontractor relationships through consistent communication and support.
- Host quarterly lunch & learn sessions to strengthen subcontractor partnerships.
- Project Scheduling and Coordination:
- Plan and manage project timelines to optimize subcontractor efficiency.
- Conduct daily check-ins with subcontractors to confirm job progress.
- Ensure subcontractors arrive on-site as scheduled and complete agreed-upon work.
- Verify final walk-throughs are completed before job closeouts.
- Confirm customer satisfaction and completion of punch lists.
- Team Communication and Technology:
- Utilize company technology for efficient team communication and project tracking.
- Maintain accurate, real-time project updates.
- Actively participate in weekly company meetings.
- Professionalism and Company Representation:
- Represent PAINT CORPS with professionalism and integrity.
- Participate in company networking events, trade shows, expos, and community events.
- Wear the PAINT CORPS uniform as required.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in operations, project management, or subcontractor coordination (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency with technology for scheduling and team communication
