Residential Painter – Full-Time, Year-Round Position

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience with residential interior and exterior painting
- Strong knowledge of proper prep work and painting techniques
- Ability to scrape, sand, caulk, patch minor drywall damage, and prepare surfaces correctly
- Ability to cut clean lines and apply paint efficiently with brushes and rollers
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work
- Professional communication with homeowners, coworkers, and project managers
- Respect for customers' homes, belongings, and property
- Ability to keep a clean and organized work area
