About the Role
Dun-Rite Mobile Detailing is hiring an experienced detailer who takes pride in quality work and is ready to contribute. You’ll work on everything from heavily soiled interiors and daily drivers to paint correction and ceramic coating projects.
We’re looking for someone who shows up on time, stays focused, works hard, and takes direction. This is a hands-on job. If you’re frequently on your phone, regularly late, or need constant reminders to finish the work properly, this position is not a fit.
Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior detailing on a variety of vehicles
- Clean heavily soiled interiors, including carpets, seats, and hard-to-reach areas
- Wash and decontaminate paint before polishing or ceramic coating
- Assist with paint correction and ceramic coating services
- Use detailing chemicals, polishers, pads, and equipment safely and correctly
- Follow instructions and maintain consistent quality
- Keep the shop, tools, and work areas clean and organized
- Work at the studio and on mobile jobs as needed
- Treat customers’ vehicles with care and professionalism
Qualifications
- Professional automotive detailing experience required
- Paint correction and ceramic coating experience preferred
- Knowledge of detailing chemicals, polishing machines, pads, and proper wash techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Dependable, punctual, and able to stay focused throughout the workday
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and improve
Compensation and Growth
Starting pay is $18 per hour. Higher pay may be available as your skills, quality of work, speed, and reliability grow.
