Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $27–$32/hour (based on experience and performance)
• Benefits: None at this time (health insurance may be offered in the future)
• Schedule:
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or
• 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Location: Western New York

The Role

You are responsible for making sure jobs run clean, efficient, profitable, and on schedule.

Project & Job Site Management

• Manage multiple painting projects at once (interior & exterior)
• Run jobsite walkthroughs and set clear expectations
• Keep crews on track and accountable
• Maintain high-quality standards across all work
• Ensure job sites stay clean and professional

Communication & Coordination

• Communicate directly with homeowners and crews
• Solve problems fast without excuses
• Handle and document change orders
• Identify and communicate upsell opportunities when appropriate

Financial Responsibility

• Track job costs and protect profit margins
• Complete final walkthroughs with customers
• Collect payments and secure reviews

Marketing & Growth

• Distribute door hangers and marketing materials near active jobs
• Help generate new work from current job locations

Team Support

• Help onboard and guide painters and laborers
• Assist with material delivery and job logistics
• Coordinate with owner/admin to keep schedule tight
