What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Run painting projects start to finish — no hand-holding
- Lead and manage a crew of 1–3 painters
- Set the pace, standard, and expectations on-site
- Ensure clean, sharp, high-quality finishes every time
- Keep jobs on schedule and moving efficiently
- Communicate directly with homeowners — clear, professional, confident
- Plan daily workflow, materials, and job setup
- Solve problems on the spot without slowing the job down

Requirements
- 3 years residential painting experience
- Proven experience leading or running jobs
- Strong eye for detail (prep, lines, finish quality)
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to manage people, time, and job flow
Pay Growth
- $55,000 – $75,000 (based on performance)
- Bonuses based on:
- Job efficiency
- Quality of work
- Crew performance
- Clear path to higher leadership roles
