Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Administrative Assistant based in Grove City, OH. The responsibilities include managing incoming phone calls, greeting and assisting patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and processing administrative paperwork. The role also requires coordinating calendars, managing office supplies, and ensuring a welcoming front desk environment for both patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Experience in scheduling and calendar management, as well as organizing and maintaining records
- Proficiency with office equipment, software, and basic administrative tasks such as documentation and data entry
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in medical office administration and patient care coordination is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administrative tasks or healthcare-related fields are preferred
- EMR experience required, eCW experience a plus!
- BCI and FBI background clearance required
Compensation
$15.00-$19.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
