- Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and track interactions.
- Utilize medical terminology when necessary to assist customers in the healthcare sector.
- Communicate effectively with both English-speaking and multilingual customers to enhance service delivery.

Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in a call center or medical office environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with diverse customer bases.

- Familiarity with medical terminology is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
