Description
We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our growing team. As an LVN in our outpatient surgery center, you will support pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
- Prepare patients for surgical procedures and assist in recovery
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility protocols
- Assist with patient education and discharge instructions
- Support infection control and quality assurance initiatives
- Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and administrative teams
- Make pre-op and post-op calls

Requirements
- Current LVN License in the state of CA
- ACLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a patient-first attitude
- IV Certification
- CA Drivers License
