About the Role
We're looking for a Head of Performance Creative to own creative direction and client relationships across our agency roster. This is a hybrid role that blends strategic thinking, team leadership, and client-facing polish. You'll drive the creative output for several client brands at once, write the creative briefs that shape our agency’s ads, manage junior creative strategists and the content team that brings those briefs to life, and show up as a confident, personable partner on client calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of 10 client accounts and lead weekly calls with each, acting as the face of Paid Creative and making clients feel heard, understood, and valued
- Write & review weekly creative briefs that drive the creative strategy for short form video and static image advertisements
- Schedule, assign, and oversee the creative team responsible for producing ads, including reviewing work in progress and quality-checking every asset before it goes out
- Provide specific, pointed feedback on hundreds of creative assets each month, to keep quality high across the board
- Deliver finished ads to clients on time weekly
Core Skills & Experience
- Proven experience writing creative briefs for performance-driven social ads for e-commerce DTC brands
- Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and maintain warm, professional relationships
- Experience managing or directing a content team and coordinating creative production at volume
- Sharp creative instincts and the ability to articulate why an ad works or doesn't
- Comfortable giving direct, specific feedback on creative briefs, video and static creative
