We are in need of a Family Law Paralegal who is a reliable self-starter with at least two years of experience in family law. Applicants without this experience will not be considered for this position
Candidate requirements:
- 2 years family law experience in a law firm

Job Description:
- Drafting documents, such as, petitions/summons, motions before the court, responsive pleadings, and discovery requests/responses.
- Submitting documents to the court, distributing copies to the other parties, and indexing documents in the case file;
- Trial prep
- Being a team player and back up the Office Assistant with answering the phones and greeting clients when necessary.
