Stage Technician III collaborates with production staff to support the setup and breakdown (load-in and strike) of live events, ensuring equipment is installed safely, accurately, and in accordance with client specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with on-site load-in and load-out of staging and production equipment per client requirements
- Install stage elements including carpentry, trussing, and rigging components
- Inspect equipment to ensure orders are complete and accurate for proper installation
- Read and interpret plans, layouts, and blueprints
- Support loading and unloading of trucks
- Perform general warehouse duties, including equipment maintenance and minor repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical Degree preferred
- 2 years of relevant industry experience required
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction)
- Positive work attitude and strong work ethic
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new equipment and processes
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Full-time position
- 8-hour day shift (Monday–Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, with additional OT hours as needed)
- On-site role in Nashville, TN
- Valid driver’s license preferred
