The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys in case preparation, manage legal documents, perform research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions. Responsibilities also include document review, maintaining case files, and providing support throughout the litigation process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Proficiency in Legal Research and understanding of legal concepts
- Expertise in drafting Pleadings and Motions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field preferred
- Paralegal certification or relevant professional experience is a plus
