Job Description

  • Lead and execute the West Region sales strategy across on‑ and off‑premise channels to deliver revenue, depletion, and profit targets.
  • Manage and grow senior distributor and key retail account relationships, including QBRs, pricing, and programming execution.
  • Own and operate full regional P&L, budgets, forecasts, trade spend, and KPI performance.
  • Hire, coach, and develop high‑performing regional sales teams while driving accountability and retention.
  • Drive collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align brand initiatives, forecasting, and inventory planning.
  • Champion innovation launches and identify market opportunities to accelerate share and distribution growth.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate is a seasoned beverage alcohol sales leader with 10 years of industry experience, including multi‑state leadership in the Western U.S. and a strong track record of driving revenue, distribution, and profit growth. They bring deep expertise in distributor and key account management, full P&L ownership, pricing, and forecasting, along with the credibility to operate at the executive and HQ buyer level.

They are a strategic, hands‑on leader known for building and motivating high‑performing teams, collaborating effectively across functions, and thriving in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments. Strong analytical skills, executive‑level communication, and a results‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset are essential.
