Job Description

• Advise clients on legal matters related to emerging companies and venture capital transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.
• Provide guidance on corporate governance and compliance issues.
• Collaborate with clients to structure and execute investment and financing deals.
• Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support clients in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments affecting clients in the Professional Services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the state of California.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and venture capital transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• A client-focused approach and ability to build strong professional relationships.
