Description
- Advise clients on legal matters related to emerging companies and venture capital transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.
- Provide guidance on corporate governance and compliance issues.
- Collaborate with clients to structure and execute investment and financing deals.
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Support clients in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments affecting clients in the Professional Services industry.

Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the state of California.
